Azure Integration Techno-Functional Team Lead / Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Azure Integration Techno-Functional Team Lead / Manager to drive the design, delivery, and governance of enterprise integration solutions on Microsoft Azure. This role demands a strong balance of technical expertise in Azure services and functional leadership to manage teams, stakeholders, and delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership

  • Lead solution architecture & design for enterprise Azure integration landscapes.
  • Oversee development and governance of APIs, Logic Apps, Function Apps, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
  • Implement best practices for APIM policies, Service Bus, Event Grid, Key Vault.
  • Drive automation via Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep/ARM) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
  • Ensure robust monitoring, error handling, and high availability using App Insights & Log Analytics.

Functional & Managerial Leadership

  • Translate business requirements into integration solutions; conduct workshops, walkthroughs, and UATs.
  • Manage delivery of multiple parallel integration projects with RAID tracking and mitigation.
  • Drive sprint planning, release management, and compliance (data privacy, audit, regulatory).
  • Oversee resource allocation and delivery governance across environments (SIT/Perf/Prod).

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (developers, testers, DevOps engineers).
  • Enforce coding standards, documentation, and review processes.
  • Act as primary escalation point for technical/functional queries.
  • Provide delivery status, risk, and metric reporting to senior leadership.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on expertise in Azure Integration Services: APIM, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, Key Vault.
  • Strong knowledge of Bicep/ARM templates, YAML pipelines, GitOps.
  • Deep understanding of SOA, REST, SOAP, event-driven integration patterns.
  • Ability to bridge business-functional requirements with technical solutions.
  • Proven people leadership & stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in project tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Integration experience with SAP, Salesforce, CRM/ERP.
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks.
  • Experience with ITIL/Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks.
  • Prior consulting/RFP exposure in utilities, automotive, or BFSI domains.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 8+ years IT experience, with 4+ years in Azure integration and 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-305, AZ-400, or Integration specialization) preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹80, ₹90,000.00 per month
