We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Solutions Engineering Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to understand customer requirements, design tailored solutions, and ensure a smooth technical onboarding experience. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Analyze customer data, systems, and processes to identify integration opportunities and technical fit.
  • Assist in preparing solution presentations, product demonstrations, and technical documentation.
  • Support the pre-sales process by preparing proof-of-concept (POC) models and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for internal teams.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and help refine features.
  • Monitor solution implementation and ensure alignment with proposed architecture.
  • Provide technical support and guidance during customer onboarding and post-implementation.
  • Continuously improve internal tools, processes, and documentation related to solution delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in a solutions engineering, business analyst, or pre-sales support role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
