About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic
BD & Sales Executive
to be our
first representative in India
. This role focuses on driving growth, building strong client relationships, and establishing our presence in the bus interior segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the bus/interior segment.
  • Conduct
    market study and analysis
    to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop
    strategic business plans
    and
    go-to-market strategies
    for India.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; convert leads into revenue.
  • Monitor and report
    P&L performance
    , sales forecasts, and business metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Support decision-making with data-driven insights and market intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    1–5 years in B2B sales/business development.
  • Educational Background:
    Mechanical stream preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in bus/interior/automotive segment preferred, but candidates from other sectors are welcome.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently to establish a business presence.
