We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team and help us build the next generation of digital products.

The Role

We are seeking a Flutter Developer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our diverse client base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and backend developers, to translate client requirements into robust, scalable, and elegant mobile solutions.

The ideal candidate has a passion for building pixel-perfect, smooth user interfaces and a strong understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable cross-platform applications using the Flutter framework.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code and beautiful, responsive user interfaces.
  • Integrate with backend services using REST APIs, GraphQL, and other modern data-fetching methods.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality, robustness, and usability.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Flutter features, libraries, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team meetings.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize application performance.
Requirements
  • [2-3]+ years of professional experience in mobile application development. (Please adjust as needed)
  • Proven experience building and shipping commercial applications with Flutter and Dart.
  • Strong understanding of the Flutter framework, its core principles, and the mobile development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrable experience with state management solutions (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX).
  • Proficient in integrating with RESTful APIs and parsing JSON.
  • Solid understanding of Git and version control.
  • A keen eye for UI/UX details and a passion for building exceptional user experiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points)
  • Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps (e.g., Codemagic, Bitrise, GitHub Actions).
  • Experience with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions).
  • Knowledge of other backend technologies (e.g., , Python) or frontend frameworks (e.g., React).
  • A portfolio of published apps on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Requirements
