We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team and help us build the next generation of digital products. The Role We are seeking a Flutter Developer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our diverse client base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and backend developers, to translate client requirements into robust, scalable, and elegant mobile solutions. The ideal candidate has a passion for building pixel-perfect, smooth user interfaces and a strong understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable cross-platform applications using the Flutter framework. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code and beautiful, responsive user interfaces. Integrate with backend services using REST APIs, GraphQL, and other modern data-fetching methods. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality, robustness, and usability. Stay up-to-date with new Flutter features, libraries, and industry best practices. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team meetings. Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize application performance. Requirements (2-3)+ years of professional experience in mobile application development. Strong understanding of the Flutter framework, its core principles, and the mobile development lifecycle. Demonstrable experience with state management solutions (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX). Proficient in integrating with RESTful APIs and parsing JSON. Solid understanding of Git and version control. A keen eye for UI/UX details and a passion for building exceptional user experiences. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points) Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps (e.g., Codemagic, Bitrise, GitHub Actions). Experience with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions). Knowledge of other backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python) or frontend frameworks (e.g., React). A portfolio of published apps on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
