Job Overview:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic, innovative team. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining complex web applications, leveraging your expertise in React and Laravel/PHP. You will have the chance to work with modern tech stacks, including AWS, and assist in building out mobile applications using React Native or Flutter.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using
React
(Frontend) and
NodeJS
(Backend).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for both web and mobile platforms.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices.

Manage cloud infrastructure, deploying applications and services on
AWS
.

Participate in regular code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Contribute to the mobile application development process using
React Native
or
Flutter
.

Implement RESTful APIs and ensure integration with third-party services.

Maintain documentation of your work for internal team collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in Full Stack Development.

Strong proficiency in React for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.

Hands-on experience with Laravel and PHP for backend development.

Solid understanding of AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).

Familiarity with building cross-platform mobile apps using React Native or Flutter.

Experience in RESTful API design and integration.

Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Docker and containerized applications.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

Exposure to GraphQL and serverless architectures.

Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).

Knowledge of database management (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL).
