What You'll DoTLDR: Lead our revenue growth pod to deliver 200 monthly ticket sales while building a conversion engine that turns interest into commitment across our persona spectrum. The
Longer Version: You'll be the conductor of our revenue symphony, leading 3-4 inside sales agents toward consistent monthly targets while architecting sales playbooks that evolve with every experiment and win. Your data-driven approach will transform our conversion funnel while coaching your team to understand the unique needs of each persona—from World-Tilters seeking clarity to Riot-Seekers chasing core memories. Your Impact & ResponsibilitiesSales Growth Command CenterLead the Revenue Growth Pod to consistently hit 200 ticket sales monthly
Own weekly forecasts with surgeon-level precision—no guesswork, just data-backed targets
Build the metrics dashboard that makes Vinesh smile and the Ticket Growth Council nod
Spot conversion bottlenecks before they become revenue droughts
Team Coaching & DevelopmentTransform 3-4 sales agents from good to unstoppable through data-driven coaching
Implement AI call analysis that catches winning patterns others miss
Run call reviews that focus on persona-specific wins, not generic feedback
Create a culture where everyone knows their numbers and how to move them
Conversion Intelligence SystemsDesign weekly experiments that incrementally lift conversion rates across personas
Build a CRM that thinks like a revenue scientist—tagging, tracking, and revealing patterns
