Job Title: Client Serviceing Executive [Marketing Executive for Event Management Company]

Location: Okhla Phase-II, New Delhi

Experience: 1-3 Years

Industry: Event Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team.
  • Understand client requirements thoroughly and translate them into actionable briefs for internal departments.
  • Coordinate end-to-end event planning — from proposal to execution — ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
  • Handle client queries, feedback, and ensure prompt resolutions to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Regularly update clients with project progress, changes, and approvals.
  • Support the creation of pitch decks, presentations, and event-related documentation.
  • Work closely with creative, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Attend client meetings, site recces, and on-ground event execution when required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A pleasing personality with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Attention to detail and client-centric mindset.
  • Basic understanding of event management processes.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.
  • Confidence and professionalism while interacting with corporate clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in event or advertising agencies will be an added advantage.
