Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Handle paid advertising strategies for a mix of domestic and international clients across various industries.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to create high-performing ad campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CPA targets.
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers on creatives that align with campaign goals.
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports and communicate performance and strategy updates clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads certification preferred).
  • Proven experience handling international and domestic client accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; client-facing experience is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Tag Manager, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization tools (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and deliver consistent results under pressure.
