Key Responsibilities:

Hunter Marshall is seeking a highly experienced Freelance PPC Specialist to manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads Bing and Meta Suite Ads. The campaigns are focused on B2B products and services, targeting professional audiences across the USA and Europe.

The specialist will manage 10 Google Ads accounts plus 3 social media accounts with a typical monthly ad spend of $8,000, and be responsible for delivering lead-focused, conversion-driven results through precise targeting and campaign optimisation.

The role is freelance and remote so the successful applicant can chose their own hours of work but must be available at agreed times for occasional video meetings to discuss reports and forward planning strategies to ensure good management of the tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and optimise 10 Google Ads accounts for B2B lead generation.
  • Plan, launch, and refine Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns targeted to business decision-makers.
  • Implement audience segmentation, ad copy testing, and bid strategies tailored to the US and EU B2B markets.
  • Monitor KPIs and conversions, providing weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate on landing page strategies and campaign funnels.
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve ROI and reduce CPA.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns, specifically for B2B audiences.
  • Strong expertise in both Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
  • Experience managing ad budgets of $8,000+ per month across multiple accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in generating high-quality B2B leads.
  • Able to work independently with flexible hours (10–15 hrs/week) and meet performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing funnels and CRM integration.
