Key responsibilities:
A. Lead Generation & Prospecting
1. Identify and research potential B2B leads in the US/EU via tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, etc.
2. Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
3. Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
B. Sales Execution
1. Qualify leads through discovery calls and product presentations.
2. Understand customer pain points and position our AI solutions effectively.
3. Deliver product demos using Zoom/Meet, tailored to the buyer's context.
4. Handle objections and navigate enterprise buying processes.
C. Relationship Management
1. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across sales cycles.
2. Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to customize solutions.
D. Reporting & Optimization
1. Track performance metrics
2. Provide feedback on market trends, objections, and product gaps.
3. Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs
