Role Overview:

We are looking for a Telecaller who will connect with people over the phone, share information about our NGO, and build strong relationships with donors. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to individuals and explain the mission and activities of the NGO.
  • Share information about donation programs, campaigns, and events.
  • Maintain and update donor data records accurately.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential donors.
  • Handle donor queries politely and professionally.
  • Follow up with donors for continued engagement and support.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for smooth donor communication.
  • RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
  • Pleasant and confident voice with polite telephone etiquette.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or fundraising will be an advantage.
