Job Description

Required Skills & Knowledge -

  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Active Directory. -
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products (Office 365, MS Office, SQL Server). -
  • Exposure to networking concepts (IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN). -
  • Understanding of SAN/NAS concepts and experience with switch configurations. -
  • Experience with endpoint security tools (Antivirus, BitLocker, patching solutions). -
  • Good troubleshooting and documentation skills

Qualifications -

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support.
    • Microsoft certifications (preferred): MTA, MCP, or AZ-900.

Candidate Profile -

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced infrastructure environment. -
  • Strong sense of responsibility when handling company assets (laptops, headsets, etc.). -
  • Good communication skills and a team-player mindset

Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support for users on Windows OS (Windows 10/11, Windows Server). - Basic administration of Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and MS Office applications. - Support and monitor SQL Server environments under supervision. - Assist in configuration and maintenance of NAS, SAN storage, and Layer 2/Layer 3 switches. - Handle end-user device setup including laptops, printers, headphones, and accessories. - Perform basic tasks in endpoint security solutions (AV, firewall clients, patching tools). - Assist in regular system backups, updates, and network performance checks. - Maintain asset inventory and escalate hardware/software issues as needed.
