Role Overview
We're seeking a dynamic and empathetic
Sales Executive
who can convert interest into trust. You'll play a pivotal role in guiding families and seniors through our offerings — from inquiry to enrollment — while ensuring every interaction reflects care, credibility, and confidence.
This is an
in-office role (Bangalore-based)
with
20–30% travel
for offline activations, community events, and on-ground conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert potential leads into paying clients.
- Conduct consultations with families to understand health goals and recommend suitable wellness plans.
- Execute on-ground sales activities including society events, health camps, and community partnerships.
- Build strong client relationships through empathy, consistent follow-ups, and post-conversion care.
- Maintain accurate lead records and track progress through CRM systems.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, marketing, and operations teams for smooth onboarding and retention.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum
1–3 years of B2C sales experience
, preferably in health, fitness, or wellness sectors. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to close deals through consultative selling.
- Comfortable with structured sales tracking and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel within Bangalore for events or client visits (20–30%).
Compensation
- Fixed Salary:
₹3.6 L PA - Variable Incentive:
₹3.6 L PA (up to
150% variable earning potential
) - ESOPs:
Worth ₹4 L in company equity
