Job Summary

We are seeking a
Technical Delivery Manager
who thrives at the intersection of
technology, architecture, and execution
. This role demands a
hands-on technical leader (70% technical / 30% delivery)
with deep architectural expertise, strong delivery acumen, and the ability to translate strategy into scalable enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in
cloud technologies, application development, and data engineering
, and be capable of guiding end-to-end delivery across full-stack systems, data platforms, and intelligent applications. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure technical excellence, and drive business impact through innovation and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership (70%)
    – Define architecture, guide design decisions, and provide hands-on technical direction across full-stack applications, APIs, and data platforms.
  • Delivery Leadership (30%)
    – Own end-to-end delivery of software, data, and enterprise solutions across clients or internal programs.
  • Team Enablement:
    Lead and mentor engineers, data teams, and analysts; foster a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous learning.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Bridge business and technology, translating needs into actionable plans.
  • Process Excellence:
    Drive Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices; implement automation and governance for reliable, scalable delivery.
  • Quality & Compliance:
    Ensure performance, security, and compliance (GDPR, ISO, SOC).
  • Innovation Advocacy:
    Promote cloud-native, AI/ML, and data-driven solutions to improve delivery outcomes and speed to value.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of IT experience spanning
    cloud computing, application development, and data engineering
    .
  • Strong
    technical architecture
    background with hands-on design and implementation experience.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects across
    AWS, Azure, or GCP
    (certification preferred).
  • Proficiency in:
  • Programming:
    Python, Java, .NET
  • Frontend:
    React, Angular
  • Data Engineering:
    Apache Spark, Airflow, DBT, Kafka
  • Databases:
    SQL, NoSQL, Data Lakes
  • Strong understanding of
    SDLC, Agile, and DevOps
    principles.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to balance
    strategic thinking
    with
    hands-on technical execution
    .
