Travel Reservation Executive

Location: Infopark, Kochi

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in the International Travel Industry.

Requirement : Excellent Communication Skill is mandatory.

Work Timing: Rotational Night Shift

Education: Graduation

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Reservation Executive to join our team. The role involves handling international hotel reservations and travel-related inquiries, primarily for the UK and European markets. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for the travel industry, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a fast-growing environment.

Requirements:

  • Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in the International Travel Industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle international calls in a professional manner.
  • Passion for customer service and the travel industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact hotels in the UK and Europe to inquire about travel packages, special offers, and availability.
  • Manage hotel reservations and related backend booking operations accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle international calls and coordinate effectively with hotel representatives.
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and ensure proper documentation.

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
