You'll get to work across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, food, and D2C brands, assisting with everything from shoots to content calendars. If you love trends, storytelling, and fast-paced creative environments, this role is the perfect launchpad for your digital career.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and structure social media calendars
    for multiple brands — ensuring content flows smoothly and aligns with brand goals.
  • Assist with
    daily posting, scheduling, tagging, and timely publishing
    across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate with
    designers, writers, photographers, videographers, and account managers
    to ensure campaigns move from idea to execution seamlessly.
  • Support on
    photoshoots and video shoots
    , including styling assistance, product prep, logistics coordination, shot planning, and ensuring the creative brief is followed.
  • Help write
    captions, hooks, micro-stories
    , and content ideas suited to each brand's tone and audience.
  • Collaborate on
    influencer outreach and partnerships
    , tracking deliverables and ensuring campaign timelines are met.
  • Observe and report on
    trends, reels, audio formats, competitor content
    , and new platform features that brands can adopt.
  • Maintain a clear log of tasks, campaign progress, and pending approvals.
  • Assist in preparing
    weekly and monthly analytics reports
    using platform insights and dashboards.
  • Manage
    client and vendor coordination
    , ensuring creative assets, approvals, and requirements are delivered on time.
  • Help the team with
    creative brainstorming, content buckets
    , and bringing new ideas into the mix.

What You'll Need

  • 0–6 months of experience in
    social media, digital marketing, content creation, or coordination
  • A strong understanding of Instagram, reels, and social trends
  • Comfort with assisting during
    photoshoots and on-ground creative tasks
  • Basic familiarity with
    Meta Business Suite or posting tools
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • A creative mindset, curiosity to learn, and ability to adapt quickly
  • A
    go-getter
    approach with a self-starter mindset — someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do
  • Must be currently in
    Chennai
    or open to relocating immediately
  • Immediate joiners preferred
