About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and tech-comfortable IT Support Assistant who can provide day-to-day technical assistance to the President. The role requires someone who is hands-on with devices like Windows laptops, iPhones, iPads, Android phones (Samsung), and basic office software. This is a practical, on-ground support role focused on smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up the Presidents laptop, phone, and devices every morning (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).

• Ensure software updates, patches, and routine maintenance are performed across devices.

• Troubleshoot daily IT issues related to system performance, connectivity, emails, apps, and security.

• Assist with configuration of new devices, backups, syncing, and data transfers.

• Coordinate with internal IT/admin teams and external service providers when required.

• Support with device settings, app installations, basic networking, and peripheral setups.

• Maintain chargers, adapters, cables, and accessories in working order.

• Handle quick fixes for printers, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, hotspot, screen sharing, etc.

• Provide general tech assistance during meetings (projector/Zoom/Teams setups).

• Ensure all devices operate smoothly throughout the day.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Windows laptops, iPhones, iPads, and Android/Samsung devices.

• Ability to update software, install apps, and manage basic settings.

• Troubleshooting skills for day-to-day tech issues.

• Understanding of email setups (Outlook/Gmail), cloud syncing, and security basics.

• Familiarity with Wi-Fi, hotspots, Bluetooth, printers, and basic network connectivity.

• Strong reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

• Good communication and a calm, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or device management roles.

• Basic understanding of antivirus tools, backups, and OS settings.

• Ability to coordinate with technical vendors.

• Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of basic IT support experience.

Work Style
