Business Development Trainee – Industrial Projects (OJT Program)
Organization: Edugyan Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (EIPL)
Job Location: Viman Nagar, Pune / Work from Home (Hybrid)
Program Type: On-the-Job Training (OJT)
Joining: Immediate
Duration: 3 – 12 Months
Work Mode: Hybrid (with travel flexibility for project assignments)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday optional for important project work)
Working Hours: 8-9 hours/day
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month (Performance-Based)
Incentives: Up to ₹10,000/month (Based on target achievements and project outcomes)
Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): Eligible trainees will receive a regular offer with a minimum CTC of ₹3.6 – ₹3.8 LPA

About the OJT Program
The On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program is designed to provide final-year and recently graduated students with hands-on exposure to industrial consulting, project management, and business development.
Trainees will work closely with EIPL's Industry Development and Consulting Division, assisting in real-world projects, proposal creation, and industrial research.
The program aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional application, building a foundation for careers in consulting, MSME development, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Support in identifying and developing industrial project opportunities.
· Conduct market and sectoral research for business expansion.
· Assist in preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and funding proposals.
· Coordinate with industries, vendors, and government departments.
· Participate in project documentation and client communication.
· Contribute to business development activities, lead generation, and follow-ups.
· Prepare presentations, pitch decks, and progress reports for internal and client reviews.
Eligibility & Requirements
· Pursuing or completed B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Agri, Environmental, IT/CS) or MBA/PGDM (Marketing, Finance, Operations, or Project Management)
· Final-year students or recent graduates only
· Minimum 60% marks in academics
· Must have a laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection
· Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
· Readiness for travel and client interaction when required
