Skills :

Organization and execution: Using micro-planning management method and PDCA tools, and combining with time management requirements, the plans and tasks are decomposed into individuals to ensure the achievement of production tasks.

Problem analysis and solution: Use QC and IE7 to identify on-site problems, upgrade and feedback through 5W2H method and 0520 principle, and find resources to solve problems quickly and accurately.

Communication and coordination: Familiar with the responsibilities and business scope of each process, and use communication skills to clearly express and achieve team goals.

Counseling subordinates: use skill matrix tools to identify weaknesses, and achieve the training goal of industrial workers through the skills of new workers' tutors and TWI-JI counseling methods.

Summary

Role & Responsibilities :

Production plan:

According to the team plan decomposition, do a good job of micro-planning, and coordinate human, machine, material, law and environmental resources to ensure that the plan is achieved;

Team KPI & Executive Management:

1) Be responsible for the decomposition of KPI (plan, efficiency, quality, cost, safety, etc.) indicators of teams and groups, and achieve them according to each KPI index;

2) Actively apply fish market and SGA improvement tools to improve the ability to solve problems;

3) Implement 6S benchmarking standards, and be responsible for on-site 6S implementation, product guarantee and customer approval;

4) Under the guidance of the supervisor, participate in the team and win-win improvement projects to promote the lean culture of the team;

5) Personnel implement according to SOP to ensure that the production products and document system are controlled;

6) Use TWI teaching method to improve the operation skills of team members and enhance the overall combat effectiveness of the team;

7) Strictly implement the contents of IPQC/FQC/LPA control list to ensure effective landing and inspection;

8) Safety in production: Carry out standard implementation (BOF) in strict accordance with EHS specifications, and make daily inspections;
