Position: Associate – Legal & Company Secretarial

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 2–3 years

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research on corporate law, regulatory compliance, and governance.
  • Draft, vet, and standardize agreements, NDAs, LOIs, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare and maintain board meeting documents, minutes, resolutions, and statutory filings.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian & global legal and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with compliance audits, policies, and reporting.
  • Provide administrative and documentation support to the legal & secretarial team.

Qualifications:

  • Company Secretary with 2–3 years' experience.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, governance, and compliance.
  • Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
