**Legal Associate**

**Brief Description**: Legal Associate supports for handling litigations, court matters responsible for supporting drafting legal contracts, making legal compliances, assisting drafting of agreements, contract review and other legal matters.

**Company Details**: UDK and Associates is a professional and commercial lawyer who act and advice on legal issues relating to a wide range of business and commercial dealings including advice on Commercial Contracts, Trade Practices and Corporation Act requirements, sale and purchase of businesses.

**Responsibilities**
- Support for handling litigations, Support for interviewing the involved parties to build the case, support for taking depositions from witnesses. Support for communication with the other party's attorneys as needed.
- Support for handling legal advice to clients; corresponding with them and support seniors for explaining complex legal matters.
- Support for liaising with fellow professionals on behalf of clients.
- Support for researching information and preparing legal documents.
- Support while presentation of cases in court matters.
- Keeping UpToDate knowledge of changing legislation.
