Position: Legal Associate (Litigation)

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Represent clients in civil and criminal litigation matters in courts and tribunals
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and affidavits
- Conduct legal research using online resources and legal databases
- Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations in order to advise clients and develop legal strategies
- Attend court hearings and prepare case summaries and reports
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals
- Negotiate and settle cases when possible
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case progress
- Perform other legal tasks as assigned by the supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university, with experience in litigation
- Excellent knowledge of family and criminal litigation -procedures and laws

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using legal research databases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be detail-oriented and have a high degree of accuracy in work
- Must be licensed to practice law in India

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
