About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive our growth in the furniture manufacturing and interior design sectors. While our current core focus is on high-quality custom furniture manufacturing, we also offer integrated interior design services to residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, client relationship management, and identifying growth opportunities in B2B and B2C environments.

This role is crucial in expanding our market reach, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong business relationships to support the company's revenue and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and generate new business leads through B2B/B2C channels including networking, cold calling, referrals, social media, and market research.
  2. Meet with potential clients (corporate, residential, commercial) to understand their furniture

    and design needs and present tailored solutions.
  3. Promote our custom furniture manufacturing services with supporting design offerings,

    showcasing craftsmanship, materials, and customization possibilities.
  4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  5. Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, payment terms, and timelines to close profitable deals.
  6. Coordinate closely with the production, design, and project execution teams to ensure client

    expectations are met seamlessly post-sale.
  7. Maintain and regularly update CRM systems with lead/client interactions, project status, and

    pipeline tracking.
  8. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  9. Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build

    visibility and client trust.
  10. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities, and provide strategic insights to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing in furniture

    manufacturing, interior design, or related industries.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of furniture design and

    production.
  • Strong relationship-building and client-handling capabilities.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and industry events.
