We are looking for a proactive and confident Appointment Setter to join our Australian process team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients (home loan or finance leads), introducing our services, and scheduling appointments for our consultants or brokers.

Key Responsibilities:


• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists.
• Clearly communicate the company's services (home loans, refinance, etc.) and qualify potential customers.


• Schedule appointments for the sales or mortgage consultant team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.


• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.


• Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment targets.


• Maintain professionalism and excellent communication throughout all interactions.

Skills & Requirements:


• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or Australian-friendly accent.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.


• Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or customer service (preferred in mortgage/finance).


• Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain high motivation.
• Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
