Job Title: Technical Engineer

Location: New Delhi

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically strong and proactive Technical Engineer with expertise in cPanel, Linux servers, WHMCS, website migrations, and backend technologies (PHP & Java).

The ideal candidate will manage hosting environments, support development/operations teams, automate processes, and ensure system availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Server & Hosting Management

Manage & maintain Linux-based servers (CentOS, Ubuntu).

Configure cPanel/WHM (domain, email, SSL, DNS, backups).

Monitor server performance & optimize resources.

Implement server hardening, firewall, and security patches.

Website Migration & Deployment

Perform full-stack website migrations (files, DB, DNS, email).

Migrate PHP/Java-based websites & CMS (WordPress, Magento, Joomla).

Ensure zero-downtime migrations.

WHMCS Management

Manage WHMCS billing & automation system.

Integrate payment gateways & handle module issues.

Troubleshoot provisioning, billing, and workflow problems.

Backend Development & Scripting

Write & debug backend scripts in PHP/Java.

Work with MySQL/MariaDB databases.

Support automation & integration tasks.

Support & Troubleshooting

Provide Tier 2/3 support for hosting, server & code-level issues.

Handle outages, incidents & root cause analysis.

Maintain documentation & system logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Computer Science / IT or related field.

2–5 years' experience in Linux server administration & hosting support.

Hands-on expertise in:

cPanel / WHM

WHMCS

Linux Server Management

PHP & Java

Website Migrations & DNS

Knowledge of Git, MySQL/MariaDB, FTP/SFTP, command-line tools.

Strong problem-solving & communication skills.
