Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calling activities. Day-to-day tasks include contacting prospective customers, qualifying leads, and building customer relationships. The role also involves providing product information, responding to customer inquiries, and closing sales deals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience in the mattress or sleep solutions industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
