Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead both online and field marketing initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for developing effective admission strategies, managing promotional campaigns, building consultant networks, and ensuring admission targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve admission and branding goals.
  • Plan and implement field marketing activities such as educational fairs, school/college visits, and local promotions.
  • Build and manage relationships with education consultants and admission partners to generate student leads.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve admission targets through strategic planning and consistent follow-ups.
  • Coordinate local marketing activities — including pamphlet distribution, banner placement, billboards, and outdoor branding.
  • Organize and promote seminars, webinars, counseling sessions, and career guidance events.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media) to drive leads and engagement.
  • Track and report campaign performance, ROI, and lead conversion data.
  • Collaborate with the admission and creative teams to execute consistent, result-oriented campaigns.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 4–7 years of experience in education marketing, admissions, or field promotions.
  • Proven experience in managing both digital and on-ground marketing campaigns.
  • Strong networking skills with consultants, institutions, and local vendors.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under target-driven environments.
  • Salary: Competitive and based on experience + performance-based incentives.
