We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to student outreach, brand promotion, and lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote admissions and brand awareness.
  • Manage offline and online marketing activities including events, seminars, and social media promotions.
  • Coordinate with the creative team for brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges, students, and partners for lead generation.
  • Handle inquiries, counsel prospective students, and support the admissions process.
  • Track and report campaign performance to the management team.
  • Represent RMS Business School at educational fairs, workshops, and events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team.
  • Willingness to travel locally for marketing and outreach activities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media tools.
