l Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

l 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 3 years dedicated to IAM/IGA implementations.

l Proven experience with at least one of the following platforms: SecurEnds, SailPoint IdentityIQ/ISC or Saviynt EIC. Expertise in multiple platforms is a strong plus.

l Strong programming skills in Java are essential for customizing and extending IAM solutions.

l Strong experience on Java/J2EE, XML, XHTML, JSF, RESTful Web Services, JDBC technologies, SQL databases, Maven, GIT, Jenkins.

l Hands-on experience aggregation, workflows, tasks, Policies, Rules, Roles, provisioning.

l Understanding of Role based access control, Business process and integrations.

l Expertise with Application deployment, configurations and customizations.

l Troubleshooting, Monitoring and issues resolutions. Support service requests and queries from various stakeholders

l In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM).

l Solid understanding of common protocols and technologies such as LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, and REST/SOAP APIs.

l Experience with databases (MySQL, Oracle) and proficiency in writing complex queries.

l Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

l Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

l Should have proactive approach to problem solving, research and develop new features and solutions.

l Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Relevant professional certifications are highly desirable.
