We are seeking an Financial Analyst expert to design and automate financial forecasting and budgeting models, seamlessly integrate data from platforms such as Qlik Sense (financial reporting), ADP (payroll), DECS / QlikView (operations), and other sources, and produce insightful management reports. This role requires advanced proficiency in Excel including VBA, Power Query, and robust data validationas well as expertise in financial modeling with a focus on income statements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, clear communication, effective collaboration, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to create thorough documentation.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel: Expertise in formulas, pivot tables and slicers, Power Query, VBA/macros, and automation techniques for importing, transforming, and exporting data.
  • Data Validation: Ability to build robust models and reports with error checking to ensure outputs are high quality.
  • Financial Modeling: Ability to build forecasting and budgeting models, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing aligned with income statement structures.
  • ETL & Data Integration: Skills in integrating data from multiple sources including ADP, financial systems, operational platforms, and SharePoint/OneDrive.

  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members.

  • Attention to detail: Strong sense of accountability for making sure calculations and outputs are accurate.
  • Documentation skills: Ability to create clear and concise documentation for applications and processes.
  • Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements or tools, and eagerness to learn new technologies (e.g., AI/Copilot, SharePoint, Teardrop data warehouse).
