Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Analyst / Equity & Crypto Trading Specialist based in Gurugram. The responsibilities include creating detailed financial plans, analyzing financial data, and preparing accurate financial reports. The specialist will track and assess equity and cryptocurrency markets, identifying trends and providing actionable market insights. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders will also be a key part of ensuring informed financial decision-making and market strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of stocks, ETFs, crypto markets, mutual funds, and wealth management.

· Experience in trade settlements, equity settlement, and operational risk.

· Familiarity with NISM certifications (e.g., Equity Derivatives, Mutual Funds).

· Analytical mindset with strong Excel/financial modelling skills.

· Understanding of taxation for equity and crypto transactions.

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

· Prior experience in corporate actions, trade processing, or equity dealing.
