Job Description:
Within HPE, our Operations, Legal and Admin teams work across the business, providing visible accountability and measurable outcomes. With a variety of roles and responsibilities these teams really connect the dots, giving us the essential insights, support and capability to accelerate our transformation to be the world's edge to cloud company.
The Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Corporate Affairs team is looking for an experienced individual to support the Brand Security and Global Regulatory Affairs teams. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom business applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

Responsibilities:
This role focuses on streamlining business processes, reducing manual efforts, and enabling digital transformation through low-code/no-code solutions. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Process Automation: Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using tools like Power Automate or similar platforms.
- App Development: Design and build custom business applications using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps) to meet user and organizational needs.
- Data Integration: Connect applications to various data sources such as SharePoint, Excel, SQL, Oracle, and Vertica to enable seamless data flow.
- Solution Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing apps and workflows to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Security and Global Regulatory Affairs teams to gather requirements, understand pain points, and deliver user-centric solutions.
- Documentation & Training: Create clear documentation and provide training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
What you need to bring:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience developing low-code apps and implementing automated workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Power Platform tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, receive direction and feedback, and adjust as needed
- Willingness to take responsibility for assigned work, seeing it through to completion
- Ability to manage time effectively, juggling multiple tasks, occasionally under time pressure
