Key Responsibilities

Product Evangelism:

  • Act as the product champion for newly launched Digital Harbor products. Promote them to both internal teams and external customers by highlighting their core differentiators and business value.

Customer-Centric Insights:

  • Understand customer needs by observing product usage, identifying gaps between product vision and real-world value, and suggesting improvements.

Goal-Driven Execution:

  • Define clear product adoption goals and develop strategies to achieve them — including customer education, onboarding programs, and continuous feedback loops.

Data-Driven Analysis:

  • Collaborate with the Product and Data teams to define key product success metrics. Analyse product usage data, derive insights, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance product performance and adoption.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Identify and nurture product ambassadors within business teams to drive user adoption and streamline existing processes onto Digital Harbor's new products.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Capture and report defects, usability issues, and enhancement ideas. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA to ensure seamless product evolution.

Analytical Mindset:

  • Apply structured problem-solving, root cause analysis, and business thinking to align product enhancements with customer value and business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 0 to

    as a Business Analyst in a
    software product-based environment

  • Strong understanding of
