We are looking for a results driven Digital Marketing Lead to orchestrate Paid, Owned, and Content channels that grow the brand, optimize the funnel, and deliver impactful platform experiences. You will work closely with the department head, domain leads, and sub-functions to shape, influence, and co-own digital best practices across campaigns

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement integrated paid, owned, and content strategies to meet brand and business goals—aligning with the Marketing Head and other domain owners for unified execution
  • Campaign Optimization - Plan, launch, and manage multi-platform campaigns (search, social, display, programmatic); monitor performance and optimize for ROI and funnel efficiency
  • Insights & Reporting - Track KPIs, assess attribution, and share actionable insights with the Marketing Head and cross-functional teams to refine strategy and improve outcomes
  • Content & Platform Experience - Collaborate with creative, product, and web teams to produce engaging content, optimize landing pages, and elevate user experience
  • SEO/SEM & Organic Growth - Lead paid and organic search strategies, refining targeting, ad copy, and bidding for quality traffic and lead growth
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with PR, creative, analytics, CRM, and channel owners to embed digital best practices and ensure consistent brand presence
  • Team Leadership - Mentor digital team members, set KPIs, and foster a performance-first culture in sync with department objectives

Ideal Candidate

  • 8 - 12 years in digital marketing with experience in the automotive/2-Wheeler Focus or consumer-facing sector
  • Proven track record in managing integrated paid, owned, and content strategies with measurable results
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Ads Manager, Data Studio) and funnel optimization
  • Strong collaboration skills to work alongside department head, domain leads, and sub-functions
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
