Job Title:

Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to oversee the strategic direction of our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth through innovative online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including search engines, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
  • Oversee content creation, distribution, and promotion across digital platforms to engage target audiences and increase brand visibility.
  • Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified leads.
  • Manage paid search campaigns to increase website traffic and conversions while maintaining a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance customer engagement, increase followers, and drive social media engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Implement lead generation campaigns and optimize lead capture processes to drive qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking to ensure effective campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Proficiency in using web analytics tools and marketing automation platforms to measure and analyse campaign performance.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and Google Ads or other SEM platforms.
  • Experience in content strategy, creation, and distribution to drive engagement and brand visibility.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices for business.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices for effective email campaigns.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and optimising spending for maximum ROI.
