Our mission is to make physiotherapy, nutrition consultations, and diet planning accessible at home, office, or our clinic. We specialize in professional physiotherapy for pain management, offering top-tier treatment for lower back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain throughout Bangalore.
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Call position. The agent will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, maintaining customer relationships, offering exceptional customer service, and managing sales training. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, following up with potential clients, and documenting customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Skills in providing Training and developing training materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or a related field is desirable
