Role:

Telecalling Sales Executive

You'll connect with parents and students, introduce them to our programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain CHESS KLUB's offerings clearly
  • Book trial classes and schedule appointments with families
  • Build consistent follow-up and maintain a healthy conversion pipeline
  • Handle queries, address objections, and support parents through the decision-making process
  • Maintain call logs, daily reports, and contribute towards team targets

Requirements

  • Graduate degree (any discipline)
  • Prior experience in telesales/telecalling (EdTech or education preferred)
  • Excellent communication in English + at least 1 regional language
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
  • Familiarity with CRM or Excel-based tracking is a plus
