Role:
Telecalling Sales Executive
You'll connect with parents and students, introduce them to our programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain CHESS KLUB's offerings clearly
- Book trial classes and schedule appointments with families
- Build consistent follow-up and maintain a healthy conversion pipeline
- Handle queries, address objections, and support parents through the decision-making process
- Maintain call logs, daily reports, and contribute towards team targets
Requirements
- Graduate degree (any discipline)
- Prior experience in telesales/telecalling (EdTech or education preferred)
- Excellent communication in English + at least 1 regional language
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
- Familiarity with CRM or Excel-based tracking is a plus
