We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage both administrative and accounting tasks in our organization. The ideal candidate will handle daily office operations, financial record-keeping, and assist in ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Responsibilities:
  • Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and ledgers.
  • Prepare and process payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage petty cash and expense tracking.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Handle vendor payments and maintain accounts payable/receivable.

Coordinate with external accountants or CA for statutory compliances (GST, TDS, etc.).

Administrative Responsibilities
Manage office correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.

Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data.
