Reception and Billing Executive

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants at the reception desk.
  • Manage patient registration, admission, and discharge formalities.
  • Handle billing processes including cash, card, UPI, and insurance transactions.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for smooth patient services.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, billing data, and payment receipts.
  • Address patient queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and maintain confidentiality of patient records.
  • Support front-office operations including phone calls, inquiries, and scheduling.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Healthcare background preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in hospital/healthcare industry (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Good knowledge of billing software and MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
