Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Madurai. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients to introduce and explain AskEVA's WhatsApp chatbot solutions, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions, providing exceptional service, offering training and assistance to clients, and contributing to overall sales and business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to engage and assist clients effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build rapport and convey information clearly
• Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to generate leads and close deals
• Experience in providing Training to clients on services or tools is an advantage
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in office software tools and familiarity
