Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Madurai. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, conducting sales calls, and promoting products or services. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and actively participating in sales training sessions. The role will also involve assisting customers with decision-making and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Sales and understanding of sales processes
• Ability to participate and apply knowledge from Training programs
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team environment
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in computer systems and CRM software
