Job Title: Sales Executive / Customer Sales Associate (Female)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident female Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, presenting products in a professional manner, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom with a positive attitude.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions.
  • Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly and confidently.
  • Maintain attractive product display and ensure showroom neatness.
  • Handle customer queries and objections with professionalism.
  • Prepare quotations, assist with billing, and complete sales documentation (as required).
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English).
  • Smart, presentable, and confident personality.
  • Ability to handle customer queries and convert leads into sales.
  • Target-oriented with strong convincing power.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
  • Prior experience in showroom / retail / customer service preferred (freshers with good communication can also apply).
