About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Salesforce Business Development Manager who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling Salesforce services, solutions, and consulting offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for Salesforce consulting and implementation services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and Salesforce ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting, pitching, and solution discussions to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create proposals, SOWs, and solution decks.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates and forecasts in CRM.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and partner discussions.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Salesforce or IT consulting services.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products, cloud offerings, and industry use cases.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with global clients is a plus.
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and target orientation.
