Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product & Market Knowledge:

    Gain a deep understanding of Sinobrights excipients portfolio, principal partners, competitor landscape, and evolving market trends.
  2. Database Development:

    Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential customers across pharmaceuticals, CDMOs, nutraceuticals, Povidone Iodine manufacturer and other relevant sectors.
  3. Client Engagement for New Business Development:

    Actively engage with new customers—introduce Sinobright, schedule meetings, visit customers, and identify new business opportunities.
  4. Business Transition Support for existing Business:

    Assist in the seamless transition of business to Sinobright, ensuring uninterrupted service and customer satisfaction to existing customers.
  5. Project Management & Follow-ups:

    Monitor and follow up on customer projects, sample evaluations, and development work to drive opportunities towards commercialization.
  6. Internal Coordination:

    Work closely with internal teams to manage samples, documentation, and technical support, ensuring timely responses to customer needs.
  7. Relationship Building:

    Leverage and build relationships with key decision-makers to position Sinobright as a preferred and trusted partner.
  8. Opportunity Conversion:

    Manage and convert business leads into active commercial opportunities through regular follow-ups and customer engagement.
  9. Account Management:

    Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction, address issues, and explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  10. Brand Building:

    Enhance Sinobright's brand presence through relationship management, consistent service, and market visibility—including regular customer visits.
  11. Sales & Forecast Planning:

    Contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, and supply planning to ensure readiness for customer demands.
  12. Market Intelligence:

    Continuously gather and share insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy and business decisions.
