This role involves building strong relationships with candidates, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and working closely with hiring managers or clients.

  • Must have 2+ Years of experience working with Aya Healthcare Clients.
  • Should have work experience in Lotus MSP
  • Source and attract Clinical & Non Clinical professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, interviewing, coordinating credentialing, extending offers, and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
  • Source, screen, and interview qualified healthcare professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per month
