Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve sales and brand awareness goals.
  • Identify target customer segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.

Advertising and Promotions:

  • Conduct surveys to identify strategic hoardings locations for advertising.
  • Manage the placement of ads in newspapers, magazines, and online platforms.
  • Oversee the design and distribution of pamphlets and brochures in newspapers and through other channels.
  • Source and manage relationships with advertising partners and agencies.

Digital Marketing:

  • Collaborate with a team of social media professionals to create engaging and relevant content.
  • Monitor and analyze social media and website metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage the online presence and reputation of the brand.

Event Planning:

  • Plan and execute marketing events and promotions, both in-store and online.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of the jewelry industry and market trends.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media platforms and SEO.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
