Educational Foundation

  • Primary: B.E/M.E in Industrial/Mechanical/Automotive/Production Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Bcom/MBA

ROLE DEFINITION & STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE

You will be part of an elite 34-member team driving A-THON's quantum leap through product innovation and transformation initiatives across global and national markets. This is a full-time, high-impact position directly supporting senior management in revolutionizing automotive technology.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Project Management

  • Lead macro and micro-level project management for current and new product development initiatives
  • Develop comprehensive project frameworks including scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and quality parameters
  • Drive Work Breakdown Structure development and critical success factor identification
  • Coordinate multi-faceted projects with similar deadlines and competing priorities

Technical Administration Excellence

  • Design and implement tailored systems aligned with organizational vision and mission
  • Maintain comprehensive records providing current, accurate, and accessible information
  • Prepare high-level reports, proposals, and budgets for stakeholder relationships
