Customer Support Executive (Hindi & English) – On-Site

Location: Technopark, Trivandrum

Salary: ₹15,000 to 18,000 per month

Languages: Fluent Hindi & English (Mandatory)

Work Mode: On-site (Work From Office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat professionally

  • Follow communication protocols and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Any graduate with 0-1 year of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computers and customer service software
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
  • Willing to relocate to Trivandrum (No work-from-home option)
