Customer Support Executive (Hindi & English) – On-Site
Location: Technopark, Trivandrum
Salary: ₹15,000 to 18,000 per month
Languages: Fluent Hindi & English (Mandatory)
Work Mode: On-site (Work From Office)
Are you fluent in Hindi and English with a passion for customer service? We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our team in Technopark, Trivandrum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat professionally
- Provide accurate solutions and maintain customer records
- Resolve complaints by identifying issues and offering effective solutions
- Follow communication protocols and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- Any graduate with 0-1 year of experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computers and customer service software
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
- Willing to relocate to Trivandrum (No work-from-home option)
