About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic HR professional with proven expertise in Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end IT recruitment, ensure seamless onboarding & offboarding, support Senior HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles such as Developers, Testers, and Designers.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Assist in Senior HR.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors / MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
